Sash! had a string of hits in the UK in 1997-1998 with "Encore Une Fois", "Ecuador", "Stay" and "Mysterious Times", all of which peaked at #2 in the UK singles chart. In fact, they hold the record for having the most #2 UK singles (a total of five), without ever reaching #1. They are still active today, but with less success.
