Bloodsimple
The 2002 formation of bloodsimple (originally going by the name Fix 8) featured Vision of Disorder members vocalist Tim Williams and guitarist Mike Kennedy, along with ex-Piece Dogs, Skrew, and Medication bassist Kyle Sanders and Medication, Downset, Crowbar, and Deadbolt credited drummer Chris Hamilton.
bloodsimple opened New York shows for Superjoint Ritual in early May 2004. The band signed to Bullygoat Records, the label founded by Chad Gray, vocalist for Mudvayne and Hellyeah, June. The debut record, entitled A Cruel World, was recorded in Vancouver, Canada with producer Garth Richardson.
